16-year-old Delhi girl, Anika Varma, now varsity player at Granite Bay in California, continued her good run by finishing fourth at the Christmas Collegiate Challenge on the Cactus Tour in Arizona.

Anika, while attending school online has repeatedly travelled to Cactus Tour events in Arizona as it is the only professional tour which did not break its schedule despite COVID-19. This is the same tour where Women’s British Open winner Sophia Popov kept her game sharp during this time.
Anika at 141st stays the highest-ranked Indian amateur on the World Amateur Golf Rankings (WAGR).
