The Indian trio of Amandeep Drall, Diksha Dagar & Vani Kapoor successfully made the cut at the US$ 650,000 Ladies European Tour’s season finale at Costa Del Sol in Spain.
Diksha ended up 54th on the LET rankings (Race to Costa del Sol Rankings) with earnings of US$ 65,472 (₹53.5 lacs) which means by finishing in the top 60, she retains full playing rights for the 2023 season whereas Vani Kapoor just missed out by finishing 63rd with US$ 62,303 (₹50.8 lacs) and Drall finished 66th with earnings of US$ 58,900 (₹ 48 lacs). Both Vani and Drall will get partial playing rights in Europe in 2023.
In the season ending event, Dagar (73-72-75-74) and Kapoor (74-76-70-74) tied for 41st at 2-over 294 while Drall (76-74-71-74) tied for 45th with a four-round total of 3-over 295.
The 21-year-old Diksha Dagar made 14 cuts in 25 events played this season which was boosted by her 3rd place finish at the Lacoste Open De France.
Vani made 17 cuts in 21 events with her best finish of 3rd coming at the Big Green Egg Open in July, She had two other top-10 finishes as well at the Hero Women’s Indian Open and Aramco Team Series in Jeddah.
Drall, who earned conditional playing rights last year, also played in 21 events, making 14 cuts. Her best finish was a tie for second at the Hero Women’s Indian Open.
