Dreamfolks Services announced that its board has approved the proposal to acquire 60% equity shares of Vidsur Golf, one of the oldest and leading golf services providers in India which offers access to over 1,800 golf courses across the globe, bringing golf to a wider audience by creating a unique link between golf courses, golfers & corporates. Customers can play and take lessons at any of the courses that have partnered with Vidsur.
Dreamfolks facilitates customer access to airport services like Lounges, F&B, Spa, Meet & Assist, Airport Transfers, Transit Hotels, Nap Room Access and other services. Its sales in Q3 2023 were up to Rs 204 crore from RS 98 crore in Q3, 2022.
Vidsur Golf aims to rapidly expand its customised golf programs for clients in India by offering more benefits at the best clubs backed by an innovative software and the best commercial rates.
