The 12th annual Duke of Edinburgh – Christel House Charity golf event in Bangalore, will be hosted for the first time by the immaculate KGA Golf Club in Bangalore on May 17th and will feature a full field of 100 golfers.
Recognised as one of the leading charity golf events in the world, two winners from this event will once again be invited to play in the prestigious ‘ Duke of Edinburgh Cup’ Charity golf World Finals in London which includes a round of golf at the private golf course of the Royal Family at Windsor Castle, London followed by a black tie dinner with a member of the Royal Family in the state ballroom of Windsor Castle – a unique , once in a lifetime, money can’t buy experience.
At the world final, the two Indians will compete over three days with winners of other prestigious charity tournaments from around the world.
The May 17th tournament in Bangalore includes an afternoon shotgun start followed by the Awards dinner at KGA. Entry is by donation only.
The tournament is once again presented by Swagelok in association with Bio-Gen Extracts while Client Associates is the co-sponsor while several Bangalore headquartered MNC’s and SME’s are supporting the charitable cause again.
The tournament is being played in a two member team format with the 18 hole total nett stableford scores of both team members adding up for the team score. The highest ranked team qualifies for the World Final in London, UK in late September 2023.
