Avani Prashanth is currently collecting World Ranking points with an aim for the Paris 2024 Olympics
Bangalore amateur Avani Prashanth, Pranavi Urs & Seher Atwal, the 2022 Hero WPGT 1 & 2 respectively are in Singapore this week for the US$ 100,000 TrustGolf Singapore Ladies Masters, a China LPGA Tour sanctioned event at Laguna National Golf Resort from July 6-8.
They will face a strong field of 128 regional and Chinese star women players at the testing course which has hosted numerous Asian Tour and other pro tournaments.
The China LPGA Tour, like the LPGA, Japan LPGA, Korean LPGA, LET, ALPG, Epson Tour, and LET Access Series,offers Women’s World Golf Rankings points which determine the Rolex Rankings and eligibility for the Olympics and Major championships.
