Although the last two events on the Asian Tour , which saw two Indians in the top 5 both weeks, Indians failed to capitalise at the biggest event of the month – the US$2 million International Series in Singapore as 24-year-old Karandeep Kochhar of Chandigarh at 19th was the best of the Indian contingent.
Kochhar promised to make it three weeks in a row for Indians in the top 5 as he opened strongly with a 68 that put him in tied fifth, but after three 71’s ended down the leaderboard.

This week’s US$ 1mn Macao Open in China from Oct. 12-15th sees 17 Indians in the field and after round 1, has Ajeetesh Sandhu in 6th place with an opening round of 8 under 64.
