The inaugural Netflix Cup brought together luminaries from the realms of Formula 1 and golf in a unique competition leading up to the Las Vegas Grand Prix. Presented by Netflix and held on Tuesday, November 14, at the Wynn Golf Club in Las Vegas, this event witnessed the convergence of stars from “Drive to Survive” and “Full Swing” as the PGA Tour reaches out to F1 fans to attract new audiences.

Representing the F1 contingent were drivers Lando Norris, Carlos Sainz, Alex Albon, and Pierre Gasly. Norris teamed up with Rickie Fowler, Sainz with the two-time major champion Justin Thomas, Gasly was paired with another double major winner, Collin Morikawa, and Albon played alongside Max Homa.
In the Netflix Cup, each of the four teams engaged in eight holes of match play, spiced up with surprise challenges along the way. Following the conclusion of the match play, the top team from each foursome played a playoff hole, ultimately crowning a champion.
