Mahreen qualifies for Faldo Asian Grand Final scheduled to be played in Vietnam next year
15-year-old Gurgaon based Mahreen Bhatia carded three solid rounds of 77-71-72 (10-over 220) to emerge winner in the Girls Under 16 category at the 27th Faldo Junior Tour Europe and Asia Grand Final in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The win at the invite only tournament for winners of all legs of the series also helped her qualify for the Faldo Asian Grand Final scheduled in Vietnam in April 2024.

Earlier in April, Mahreen, a student at Pathways School, Gurgaon, shot 68-70-72 (even par-210) to win the Faldo Junior Tour Middle East Championship Under 16 girls prize at Al Ain in UAE, which made her eligible for this event in Dubai.
Mahreen had also performed well at the US Kids championship last August in Pinehurst, USA where she finished runner up.
