Yuvraj Singh Sandhu aims to retain his Asian Tour card for next season

Defending champion Yuvraj Singh Sandhu, 27, stayed in contention all week at the Asian Development Tour’s US$140,000 BNI Ciputra Golfpreneur Tournament in Indonesia, with rounds of 68-72-65-70 (13-under 275), finishing in a tie for 6th place.

Last year, Sandhu secured his Asian Tour playing rights by finishing 8th on the final Asian Development Tour (ADT) rankings from where the top 10 earn playing rights on the more lucrative  main Asian Tour which now features 10 US$ 2 million International series events.

Rahil Gangjee currently is at #2 on the ADT rankings and hopes to finish in the top 10 and play more on the 2025 Asian Tour, with the next highest ranked Indian being Yuvraj Sandhu at 40th. Rahil finished 28th in Indonesia. 

Bangalore’s Khalin Joshi, former Asian Tour winner finished 14th with rounds of 68-71-66-72 (11-under 277).

Sunhit Bishnoi from Gurgaon was tied with Gangjee at 7-under par while Aman Raj was the 5th Indian to make the cut but finished in 50th place. 

Indians who missed the cut included Akshay Sharma, S.S.P. Chawrasia, Saptak Talwar & Pukhraj Singh Gill.
