Sergio Garcia and his Team captured both trophies – Individual and Team – at LIV Golf Hong Kong
Former PGA TOUR regular Anirban Lahiri endured a challenging week at LIV Golf Hong Kong, finishing tied-40th. Despite flashes of solid play, his performance fell short compared to the high-scoring field.
The spotlight belonged to Sergio Garcia and Fireballs GC, who secured a double victory, with Garcia winning the individual title and leading his team to a second consecutive tournament win.
Lahiri’s week got off to a rough start at the Hong Kong Golf Club in Fanling, where he carded an opening-round 72 (+2). A strong comeback in the second round saw him post a 66 (-4), keeping hope alive for a better finish. However, his final round of 69 (-1) was not enough to make a significant climb up the leaderboard. Despite a sobering week, Lahiri remains in 15th place in the Individual Standings.
Spaniard Sergio Garcia’s final-round 63 (-7) was a flawless display of ball-striking and course management, securing him a three-shot victory over Dean Burmester (Stinger GC) in the individual standings.
This win also propelled Fireballs GC to their second straight team triumph, following their victory in Adelaide 2025. Garcia now leads the Individual Championship standings, while Fireballs GC tops the team points leaderboard for the season.
Phil Mickelson (HyFlyers GC) claimed his first LIV Golf podium finish, finishing third at 14-under-par.

Lahiri and Crushers GC will aim for a turnaround at LIV Golf Singapore in Sentosa Golf Club this week. With an elite field of 54 players set to compete on the prestigious Serapong Course, Indian golf fans will have the opportunity to watch Lahiri and other LIV stars in action.
Lahiri will be keen to regain form as Crushers GC looks to bounce back from their disappointing finish in Hong Kong. Meanwhile, Garcia and Fireballs GC will attempt to achieve a three-peat, a feat yet to be accomplished since LIV Golf expanded to 14 tournaments in 2023.
