After nearly three months of competitive golf, the 19th and final regional round of the 2025 Mercedes Trophy concluded at the Royal Calcutta Golf Club, in Kolkata, on March 25.
Three regional winners from Kolkata—Timir Roy, Siddhartha Agarwalla, and Partha Barman—secured their spots in the National Final. They join 54 other finalists who emerged from the 18 other regional rounds across India. The National Final is set to take place at the challenging Oxford Golf Resort in Pune from April 24-26.
The top three players from the National Final will earn the opportunity to represent Mercedes-Benz India at the World Finals in Stuttgart, Germany. The global event has seen participation of over 60,000 golfers from 60 countries, making it one of the most significant amateur golf tournaments worldwide.
