The 7th annual Caddy Welfare Trust fund raising event was held at the Delhi Golf Club in March with 420 DGC members participating over 2 days. The trust does stellar work covering around 300 caddies at the club.

Among the trust’s commitments are providing Life Insurance for caddies and covering the caddies and their families for medical insurance which brings nearly 1400 people into their safety net . During course closure due to Covid for 3 months, the club gave out Rs 14,000 per caddy for over 300 caddies to help them tide over the difficult times.
The trustees include Chairperson Siddharth Shriram and Billy Bedi, Raj Khanna, Gaby Juneja and Guneeta Duggal. The event is majorly supported by SRF, Honda, Mawana Sugar, Hero and Usha while a host of others also contributed to ensure the trust could continue its good work.
