
Mannat Brar (Overall Winner) & Prarthana Khanna (Winner – Category C)
In a remarkable performance, 14-year-old Mannat Brar of Chandigarh shot 75-70-70 (5-over 215) to win the Ladies title by two strokes over 15 year old Avani Prashanth of Bangalore at the Indian Golf Union’s (IGU) Eastern India Ladies & Junior Girls Championship at Tollygunge Club in Kolkata.
In her age group of Category B, Mannat beat Anvvi Dahhiya of Gurugram by nine strokes.
In the A group age division Avani Prashanth, already a two-time winner on the Hero Women’s Pro Tour edged Kriti Chowhan of Jaipur by a stroke.
In Category C, 13-year-old Prarthana Khanna of New Delhi shot a total score of 229 for a 10-stroke win over Bangalore’s Dia Cris Kumar at 239.
The tournament saw participation from 44 girls in Ladies, A, B & C categories.
