The 24th Chola World Corporate Golf Challenge (WCGC) – India has finalised its 16 participants for the National Final, following the conclusion of the fourth qualifying round on December 20 at Mumbai’s Willingdon Sports Club. These finalists, selected from four regional rounds held across Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Mumbai, will compete at the National Final for a chance to represent India at the WCGC World Finals in 2025.
The National Final will take place next summer in Thailand at a championship layout. The winning pair will then go on to face competitors from 25 other countries at the WCGC World Finals.
The 16 finalists from the 4 qualifying regional rounds are:
Bangalore – Nikhil Cherian, Himangshu Baruah, Ashwin Sivaramakrishnan, Varun Mammen
Mumbai – Harmeet Sahney, Viral Sheth, Rahul Dalwani, Rahul Vani
Delhi – Karan Khaitan, Vikrant Tyagi, Nitin Gupta, Papa CJ
Hyderabad – Ramana Reddy Challa, Sesha M.V, Sridhar Anantha, Jasvinder Birgi
The World Corporate Golf Challenge, established in 1993, is the world’s largest corporate golf tournament, welcoming over one million participants from more than 50 countries. In India, it has run continuously since 1999, making it the longest-running multi-city corporate golf event in the country.
Valuable sponsors Grant Thornton, Harley Davidson, Lexus India, PaloAlto Networks, AllCargo Logistics, Savills and Diageo have been supporting the event for multiple years.
With the National Final ahead, the stage is set for India’s top corporate golfers to shoot their best and carry the Indian Flag to the World Finals of the WCGC next year.
