The LIV Golf Tour announced the first four events of its 2025 season in February and March 2025, strategically scheduled to clash with the PGA Tour’s marquee events on the same dates.
The 2025 season will kick off in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from Feb. 6-8, opposite the WM Phoenix Open, one of the most popular spectator events of the year. LIV Adelaide in Australia from Feb. 14-16 is opposite Tiger Woods’ Genesis Invitational in Los Angeles, one of the Tour’s 8 elevated series events. After a three-week break, LIV Hong Kong is from March 7-9, opposite the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill in Orlando, another elevated series event before LIV heads to Singapore from March 14-16 opposite the PGA Tour’s The Player’s Championship at the famed TPC Sawgrass.
The clash of dates has obviously been planned strategically to highlight the absence of LIV Tour stars like Bryson DeChambeau, Brooks Koepka, Dustin Johnson and others.
For Indian fans, the Singapore tournament in March at the beautiful Sentosa GC presents a convenient opportunity to see Anirban Lahiri and other LIV superstars in action.
