NP Thimmaiah, Vatal Anupama, and Vivek Varma have secured their spots in the highly anticipated 2024 National Finals set to take place in Thailand.
Over a 100 senior corporate golfers teed off in bright sunshine as the 23rd annual edition of the Chola World Corporate Golf Challenge – India held its first regional round at the picturesque Prestige Golfshire in Bangalore. From this regional round, four golfers, the winners and runners-up in two handicap categories, qualified for the national final to be held in Thailand in summer, 2024.
From the national final, eventually two players will be selected to represent corporate India at the World Finals of the World Corporate Golf Challenge, in Spain where they compete with winners of country qualifiers held in over 30 countries for the opportunity to be crowned World Champions.
This round will be followed by Mumbai, Delhi and Hyderabad to make up the 16 finalists who will travel to Thailand.
The well-known corporates participating included leaders from the likes of Cholamandalam Investment & Finance, Palo Alto Networks, Grant Thornton, Audi, Savills, Harley-Davidson, Accenture, Infosys, Oracle, Salesforce, Tata-Hitachi, Wipro, ITC Foods and many others.
