Kolhapur Golf Resort opened to public on Jan. 29th
In a welcome development, a new nine hole course has opened doors for play on Jan 29th 2023 on the outskirts of Kolhapur, Maharashtra and we hope to see it succeed and give a boost to the game in that area.
The course is promoted by Sunshine Acres Pvt Ltd and the Master Plan and detail design on 100 Acres of land owned by the Menon family has been done by Australia based Pacific Coast Design company, which has developed Oxford Golf Resort, Pune, Eagleton Resort in Bangalore and Karma Lakelands, Gurgaon among others.

The project includes a Club facility (pool, restaurant & activities) with accommodation on top, chalets overlooking the golf and the 9-hole golf course, Par 30 of 1,967 yards and a Golf Academy / Driving Range which is also a major function lawn. PCD Director Vincent Pinto has been overseeing the development of the project assisted by PCD Project Manager Purushottam Choudhary.
