Aditi hopes her 2024 LPGA campaign betters her record-breaking 2023
25-year-old Aditi Ashok, who had her career best season in 2023 crossing the US$1 million prize money mark for the first time, finished 21st and 52nd in her first two events of the 2024 LPGA season at the HSBC World Championship in Singapore followed by 52nd place in California, where she was poised well but dropped back with a 77 on the final day.
Last year, Aditi made 16 cuts in 20 events, and recorded one runner up finish to end the year ranked 69th on the LPGA standings. She also very nearly won gold at the Asian Games in Hangzhou but slipped eventually to the silver medal place.
Aditi is in Arizona this week for the inaugural edition of the US$ 2.25mn Ford Championship from March 28-31 at Seville Golf & CC and will look forward to matching or improving on her 2023 breakout year.
