Aditi Ashok
After playing 4 weeks in Europe, Olympic heroine Aditi Ashok resumed her LPGA campaign by making the cut with rounds of 77-72-78 at the US$ 1.4mn Portland Classic in Oregon, which was reduced to a 54-hole event due to heavy rains on Saturday.
In 2021, Aditi has made the cut in 11 out of 16 LPGA events played and earned US$ 143,000 (₹1.05 crores) to stand 86th on the LPGA Tour’s Money List. The Top-80 receive automatic entry in the season ending Tour Championship in November and Aditi requires strong finishes in the coming weeks to ensure a place in the finale and heads to Arkansas for the US$ 2.3mn NW Arkansas Championship scheduled from Sep. 24-26.
