Aditi Ashok will represent India for a third time at the Paris Olympics
25-year-old Aditi Ashok, who had her career best season in 2023 crossing the US$1 million prize money mark, opened her 2024 LPGA season with rounds of 71-70-71-68 to register a tied-31st finish at a total score of 8-under 280 at the US$ 1.7mn Honda LPGA Thailand, the season opener on the LPGA schedule at Siam Country Club Old Course in Chonburi, Thailand.
Last year, Aditi played in 20 events, made cuts in 16, with a best finish of tied-2nd at the JM Eagle LA Championship in April to stand 69th on the LPGA’s rankings to secure her card for the 2024 season.
Aditi is in Singapore this week for the US$ 1.8mn HSBC Women’s World Championship at Sentosa Golf Club, Tanjong Course from Feb. 29-Mar. 3.
