Aditi Ashok, enjoying the best year of her career, narrowly missed advancing to the Round of 16 in the Bank of Hope LPGA Match Play event.

In her first group match against Perrine Delacour, Aditi narrowly lost on the final hole as Delacour finished with consecutive birdies, stealing the match. After winning her 2nd match Aditi faced Jennifer Kupcho, who ranks 6th in the LPGA’s Race to CME Globe Rankings and was tied until Kupcho birdied the final hole while Aditi double-bogeyed to get knocked out.

The Bank of Hope LPGA Match Play was introduced to the LPGA Tour schedule in 2021 and remains the sole match play tournament on the circuit taking place at the famous Shadow Creek Golf Course.
