While it marks the first visit ‘down under’ for three players, Avani Prashanth stands out as the seasoned contender, having previously competed in these tournaments last year. She finished 6th in the 2023 Women’s Australian Master of the Amateurs and a solid T-17th finish at the Australian Women’s Amateur Championship.
The 2nd event for these top Indian amateurs is the high-profile Adidas Australian Amateur at the Yarra Yarra Golf Club and Keysborough Golf Club, in Victoria, from January 16 to 19.
