The AVT Champions Tour, the tour that sees the best Indian amateurs over 50 years compete, after successfully staging the Vredestein Tyres Champions event at RCGC with 100 players, Kolkata in November,  announced their next two legs at  Oxford Golf Resort, Pune on January 6-7th 2022 followed by the season ending round at Classic Golf & CC, Gurgaon on March 10-11th.  Each event allows a maximum field of 100 players who need to have handicaps of 14 or below to enter. 

The AVT Champions Tour, now in its 3rd season, is a  series of four annual tournaments that attracts the best veteran players in the country, including the likes of  Asian Games gold medalists Lakshman Singh, Rishi Narain & Amit Luthra, former All India Senior’s Champions Ashok Malik, Alan Singh, Gangesh Khaitan & Vijay Kumar, 1983 cricket world cup team winning captain Kapil Dev, senior internationals Jaspreet Bakshi, Anil Jule, Ajai Sirohi, Capt Cheema &  GC Sharma among the 100 players who make up the field at each event.
