22-year-old Diksha Dagar, achieved her best finish so far this season finishing 6th with scores of 71-67-72 (6-under 210) in the US$ 320,000 Belgian Ladies Open at Naxhelet Golf Club in Belgium. It marks her fourth consecutive cut made on the Ladies European Tour in 2023, a very welcome sign of return to form.
Dagar began the final round tied for second and at one point in the final round found herself two strokes behind the leader, Maria Hernandez of Spain. She then bogeyed the11th and 13th holes, then birdied the 14th but a closing bogey on the 18th finally left her at sixth place.
Amandeep Drall, the only other Indian to make the cut, shot 72-71-71 (2-under 214) to finish tied for 24th.

The Ladies European Tour’s next event is in Sweden for the US$ 320,000 Helsingborg Open from June 2-4 at Allerum Golf Club.
