23 year old Diksha Dagar, who won the Czech Open in Europe this summer and finished a creditable 3rd in the LET final rankings has been recognised by the Sports Ministry with the prestigious Arjuna Award.
Jesse Grewal, based in Chandigarh, who has achieved success with several students, notably Shubhankar Sharma, Karandeep Kochhar and many others, is the first ever golf coach in Indian history to earn the Dronacharya Award in the Lifetime category.

The ceremony, scheduled for January 9th at Rashtrapati Bhavan, will witness President Droupadi Murmu bestowing the accolades upon the two players.
This momentous occasion marks her as the 22nd golfer and, notably, the fifth female golfer to be conferred with the Arjuna Award.
