The 2nd edition of the DLF Golf League is unique among the various club leagues for its duration of four months. Having kicked off in November, the league has finally entered the semi finals in the beginning of March after each team had to play 10 matches, one per week in the round-robin stage with a break of nearly a month around the end of the year.
The 12 teams of 12 players each were divided into two divisions and each team played the other team twice. One set of matches were played on the 9 hole Arnold Palmer course (over 18 holes) and the other on the famed Gary Player design championship course.
The top two teams qualifying for the semi finals are: from Division A – Golfism ( defending champions) on 58 points and Racconti Titans on 49 who held off The Legends on the final match of the final day while from Division B the semi finalists are Dirty Dozen on 59 points and Glenfiddich Antlers on 54 points.
The DLF League event ends with a gala dinner and awards ceremony with live entertainment on March 15th.
