Pro Golf – Japan Golf Tour
42-year-old Rahil Gangjee, a former Japan Tour winner, now based in Bangalore, could have finished much better but for a final day 78 which dropped him to 53rd at the US$ 900,000 Asia Pacific Diamond Cup in Japan. Rahil has made 4 cuts in his 5 starts since joining the tour in late March.

The Japan Golf Tour Organisation (JGTO) has another 20 events lined up till November. We hope to see Rahil play an entire season to retain his playing rights on that tour. The only other Indian to have played extensively in Japan was Jeev Mikha Singh, who enjoyed four wins and over a decade of stellar performances in that country starting in 1995.
