Riverside Golf Course in Nashik extended an invitation to Indrajit Bhalotia to host a golf clinic
The 9 hole Riverside Golf Course in Nashik recently got together almost 700 local school children for an introductory one day golf clinic, a significant effort to spread golf to the grassroots level.
The clinic featured Indrajit Bhalotia, a former winner on the PGA of India Tour and a former player on the Asian Tour, who was named Head of Training at the National Golf Academy of India (NGAI)—the official body under the Indian Golf Union (IGU) is responsible for developing and certifying golf coaches nationwide.

Riverside Golf Course is an example of a brave private initiative to create and sustain golf in a region where there have been few local takers for golf and very little tourism. The course has been operational for over a decade, which is a credit to the sustainability initiatives taken by Pradeep Bagmar.
