The top 4 finishers in the senior division have earned the honor of representing India at the upcoming Asia Pacific Seniors, scheduled for the third week in Vietnam.

Ranjit Singh, the son of Lakshman Singh, a former Asian Games Gold Medalist and Arjuna Awardee in 1982, clinched the 2023 All India Mid-Amateur title. The tournament, open to players aged between 35 to 54, witnessed Ranjit delivering impressive rounds of 79-74-73-72, resulting in a total score of 10-over 298, securing his victory. Notably, Ranjit overcame Simarjeet Singh of Noida, who had previously held the title for three consecutive years. Simarjeet Singh, after rounds of 77-74-74-78 and a 15-over total of 303, finished as the runner-up in the tournament.
Notably, Ranjit’s brother, Arjun Singh, delivered consistent rounds of 76-76-75-80, earning a commendable solo-third position with a 19-over total of 307.
