Shubhankar Sharma Junior Invitational
The Shubhankar Sharma All-India Junior Invitational Series stages the 3rd event of its 2nd season this week on July 21-22 at the picturesque 18 holes Jaypee Greens Wishtown, Greater Noida.
The tournament series, an initiative of Two-time European Tour winner Shubhankar Sharma, is open to juniors in all age categories from A to F. Shortlisted players will go on to the Final Tour Championship from where winners will be considered to play international events.
IGU Bio-Gen Southern Rotary Karnataka Golf Championship
The Southern India Bio-Gen Rotary Amateur in Bangalore, is a unique tournament on the IGU Amateur calendar which raises funds to support promising amateur players and this year will pay prize money to winners in accordance with the new rules of golf.
The four day event will be followed by a one-day 18-hole Am-Am tournament at the magnificent KGA Golf Club on September 24th in which charity donors will play with the country’s top amateurs.
Players must register before August 5 as a team of three for INR 42,000/- or as an individual for INR 15,000/-. The funds collected from the event will go to the Rotary Foundation to support the leading amateur players.
