Kartik becomes third Indian junior to represent the International Team in the Junior Presidents Cup

15 year old Kartik Singh, who has dominated his age group in tournaments around Asia and India for the past 2 years,  has become the 3rd Indian junior ever to be selected to represent the International team at the Junior Presidents Cup, scheduled to take place from September 22-24 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, following in the footsteps of Rayhan Thomas (2017) and Kartik Sharma (2019).

The Junior Presidents Cup pits the United States against an International team representing the rest of the world, excluding Europe. Modelled after the Presidents Cup, the Junior Presidents Cup is organised by the PGA Tour and the American Junior Golf Association. The inaugural event was held in 2017 in New Jersey, and since then, the United States has won all three editions of the tournament.

The competition is a two-day, team match-play event featuring 24 of the world’s top junior boys, all aged 19 or younger. These juniors are divided into two teams of 12, one representing the United States and the other comprising players from around the world, excluding Europe. The tournament takes place just days before the biennial Presidents Cup, offering the world’s best non-European juniors a unique opportunity to compete in an international team match-play format and to showcase the global reach and talent of junior golf.
