Anirban Lahiri shot 69-73-69-74 (1-over 285) to finish tied-66th at the US$ 8mn RBC Heritage at Hilton Head, South Carolina.
The 34-year-old had jumped to 85th in the World Golf Rankings based on his stellar 2nd place finish at the US$20 million Player’s Championship in Florida in March, marking the return of an Indian to the top 100 after a few years. He is currently 56th on the USPGA Tour’s FedEx Cup Rankings for the season but is virtually assured of a spot in the Fedex Cup playoffs at the end of the year.
