Shat Mishra, the 16-year-old ranked No.1 in the under-18 category on the IGU’s National Rankings, shot 80-72-72 (8-over 224) to win the Category ‘A’ boys title at the 5th Junior NCR Cup played at Delhi Golf Club’s Lodhi Course.
Mishra won the event, which was organised by the Delhi Golf Society, by a shot from Rakshit Dahiya 81-73-71 and Vedant Sirohi 75-72-78 at 9-over 225.
Mishra, won consecutive events in May – the IGU’s Southern India Junior Boys at KGA, Bangalore and The Young Master Tour Link Classic. .
In Category A Girls, Mannat Brar 78-78-75 (15-over 231) emerged victorious, while Hazel Chauhan 78-77-80 (19-over 235) finished runner-up, followed by Ceerat Kang and Keya Badugu with matching scores of 21-over 237.
In Category B Boys, Ranveer Mitroo shot 72-72-85 (13-over 229) to win by two strokes over Kartik Singh 78-76-77 (15-over 231).
In Category B Girls, Anvvi Dahiya 82-82-79 (27-over 243) to beat Henaaz Khera 80-80-84 (18-over 234) by a shot.
