Nishtha stands 63rd on the Epson Tour Money List
25-year-old Nishtha Madan, making her eighth start on the LPGA’s Epson Tour 2023 season, showed superb form to shoot 75-71-68 (5-under 214) and finish tied seventh in the US$ 200,000 Inova Mission Inn Resort & Club Championship at El Campeon Golf Course in Florida.
Madan has made only three cuts to stand 63rd on the tour’s Official Money List. The top 10 players on the Epson Tour money list earn playing rights on the main LPGA Tour the following year.
19 year old Pranavi Urs from Mysore, who is still adjusting to US conditions in her 2nd event on the Epson Tour, missed the cut with 78-79.
The duo will now head to North Carolina for the US$ 200,000 Champions Fore Change Challenge from June 2-4.
