The Professional Golf Tour of India (PGTI) returns this week after its long summer break since April with a four week summer swing starting with the INR 50 lacs India Cements Pro Championship at TNGF Cosmo Golf Course in Chennai from Aug. 16-19.
The tour will host 14 tournaments from now until the end of the year, with a record-breaking prize fund that exceeds INR 33 crores. The tour schedule is shown below:

Olympics announces mixed-team golf event for 2028
In a major development for the sport, the International Golf Federation (IGF) has confirmed the addition of an Olympic Golf Mixed-Team Event, which will debut at the Los Angeles 2028 (LA28) Olympic Games. The €340,000 Investec South African Women’s Open, held from April 10-13 at the Erinvale Country and Golf Estate in Cape Town, concluded the South African leg of the 2025 Ladies European Tour (LET) season. IGU holds National Golf Camp at Jaypee
The Indian Golf Union (IGU) is holding a camp for a 10-man National Amateur Squad from April 14-19, after a long gap. The camp at Jaypee Greens, Greater Noida, is intense and multi-disciplinary in preparation for the upcoming German International Amateur Championship scheduled from May 1-4.
