Six Indian women golfers, led by a commendable performance from Hyderabad’s Sneha Singh, have advanced to the Final Stage of the Ladies European Tour (LET) Qualifying Tournament following a competitive 54-hole pre-qualifying stage.

A total of 11 Indians were in the 54-hole Pre-qualifiers, out of which, only four emerged successful – Sneha Singh, Amandeep Drall, amateur Avani Prashanth, and Vidhatri Urs. They will be joined by the 2024 Hero Women’s Pro Golf Tour (HWPGT) Rankings winner Hitaashee Bakshi, and 31-time HWPGT winner Vani Kapoor, who had limited LET status this year and is required to play for full access. The six qualifying Indians will now compete alongside 95 other golfers, with the top 20 and ties earning their LET cards for the 2025 season.

2023 HWPGT Rankings winner Sneha Singh stood out with the best Indian finish, carding 69-73-75 to total 2-under-par, placing her tied-4th at the par-73 Noria Golf Club.
Panchkula-based Amandeep Drall finished sole 5th at the Golf Club Rotana with scores of 71-73-70 (2-under-par).
Amateur Avani Prashanth of Bangalore continued her steady performance with rounds of 73-72-72, securing a T9 finish at 1-over-par. Avani has expressed plans to turn professional following a potentially successful outing in the final stage.
Mysore’s Vidhatri Urs, who had a phenomenal opening day with a 68, slipped slightly over the following rounds (77-75) to settle for a T14 finish at 4-over-par at the Samanah Club by Nicklaus.
