
Pranavi finished T-36th in Stage-I in California
17-year-old Sneha Singh from Hyderabad and 20-year-old Pranavi Urs from Mysore are participating in the LPGA Qualifier event from October 17th to 20th in Florida.
During Stage-I in California, both Sneha and Pranavi finished with impressive 4-under 284 totals, earning them a tie for 36th place among the 304 players competing for 95 spots in Stage 2. Nicollet who is based permanently in Orlando, finished at 1-over 289, placing her in a tie for 89th but good enough to get through to the Stage 2.
The top 30 and ties from Stage-II in Florida will advance to the final qualifying stage scheduled in Alabama from November 30th to December 5th, 2023, spanning six rounds or 108 holes. In the final qualifier, players will vie for a $150,000 purse, with payouts extended to the top 45 and ties. The field will include players ranked 101-150 (and ties) on the current-year LPGA Points List, as well as players ranked 11-35 (and ties) from the Epson Tour. Additionally, spots will be allocated to players in the top 75 of the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings and the top 10 and ties on the Ladies European Tour.
Following the final qualifier, the top 20 and ties will secure full 2024 LPGA Tour playing privileges, while those finishing between positions 21 and 45 (and ties) will earn conditional 2024 LPGA Tour status and full 2024 Epson Tour playing rights. Players outside the top 45 will earn partial Epson Tour playing rights.
