Pro Golf – Ladies European Tour
Finishes top 25 in South Africa
25-year-old Tvesa Malik of DLF GC, Gurgaon, braved extremely windy conditions to finish tied-23rd at the US$ 240,000 South African Women’s Open, the season opener for the Ladies European Tour (LET) at Westlake Golf Club in Capetown.

Tvesa spent two weeks in Dubai prior to heading to South Africa and was exempt from quarantine, as she was under the LET bubble.
The LET tour resumed action seven months after playing in Spain in November 2020.
Tvesa’s last competition was on March 19th in Jaipur where she won on the Hero Women’s Pro Golf Tour (HWPGT) shooting 71-66-72 (1-under 209). Next, she will be joined by a previous winner of the South Africa Women’s Open, Diksha Dagar at the US$240,000 Ladies Italian Open from May 28th-30th.
