Sameer A Mahindra and Rajender Gaddam are set to proudly represent India at the prestigious World Finals of the World Corporate Golf Challenge (WCGC) in Haikou, China on Oct. 28. Both hailing from Hyderabad, Sameer A Mahindra emerged as the winner, and Rajender Gaddam as the runner-up, at the 23rd annual Chola World Corporate Golf Challenge – India National Final, held at the stunning Toscana Valley Golf Course in Khao Yai, Thailand. Their victory at the National Final has earned them the honour of competing against corporate champions from 25 other countries at the global event.
The WCGC, organized in over 25 global territories, brings together winners from each national tournament to compete in a world-class environment, replicating the conditions of professional tour events. India has a strong track record at the World Finals, having won the title twice and finishing as runner-up on two other occasions over the past 23 years.
This year’s grand finale, hosted in Haikou on October 28, 2024, celebrates corporate camaraderie, wellness, and the spirit of sportsmanship, offering a thrilling experience for participants from diverse industries.
