Imagine being the golf rules guru in your club ? You can sort out all those rules disputes and become the golfer your buddies call when they want to settle an argument over the sometimes complex rules of golf. Well here’s your chance – you can sign up for the IGU’s Online Level 1 Rules Certification Program scheduled on Jan. 8, 2022.
After passing Level 1, you will be eligible for further levels and can take online examinations to become a fully certified referee and start officiating at club leagues as well as national and international tournaments.
Indian referees who have been through the process have been invited to officiate at international professional and amateur tournaments including the British and US Opens and even at the Olympic Games !!
The enrolment fee is INR 2500/-and you will learn the process and applications of the rules as mandated by the USGA and the R&A.
