MASTERS SPECIAL
Augusta is perhaps the best known golf course in the world since it’s the only one that holds a major year after year as opposed to the other majors which rotate among different courses. Here then are two holes this week that stand out:
The most difficult hole of the tournament this week – Hole No. 11, Par -4, 505 yards – White Dogwood. With water hugging the left side of the green and the green tilting towards the water, no doubt this hole tested the players to the max.
The easiest hole of the tournament this week – Hole No. 2, Par-5, 575 yards – Pink Dogwood. While the 13th and 15th are shorter par fives and gave up a lot of birdies and eagles during the week, the water lurking on both those also saw bogeys, doubles and triples which made the relatively trouble free 2nd as the easiest hole, statistically, this week.
